Uncle Barb's

I am a gay person before I’m anything else. I’m a gay person before I’m a white person, before I’m a Jew, before I’m a writer, before I’m American, anything.

-Larry Kramer-

I am a woman before I'm anything else.

Music, All Genres

Jean Pierre Rampal

Music bonds us and it bonds gay culture. It informed and reassured us coming out, in protest and triumph. Music is a solitary reflection and a global network of shared experience. Music is one of the great loves of my life and one of the few places that I don't swim in the gay pool. I love lezzie folkrock and boyboy disco, but my tastes include the whole realm, classical, jazz, retro, punk, crooners, girl singers, and anything that doesn't already fit in.

Perfect Albums, I will listen to every cut:
